Respect other people

No harassment, bullying, threats, hate, discrimination, stalking, impersonation, scams, or unwanted repeated invitations. Do not try to evade a block or account restriction.

Do not expose someone’s private details or share an identifiable photo without the necessary permission. Choosing to enter a photo Quest is not permission for strangers to photograph you.

Keep photos appropriate

Only submit photos you are allowed to use. For a live Quest, take your own real-world photo as instructed. Do not submit someone else’s work, a generated image, or manipulated evidence to obtain a result.

• No sexual exploitation or abuse of children, grooming, or sexualised depictions of minors.
• No nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate images, or sexual violence.
• No graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, violent extremism, or instructions promoting harm.
• No illegal content, dangerous challenges, threats, or content that promotes cruelty or abuse.
• No identity documents, financial records, private messages, or other people’s confidential information.

These restrictions apply to submitted content, including photos that are not publicly shared. Keep children and bystanders out of the frame where possible. See our Safety guide.

Earn your result

Play without bots, fake accounts used to manipulate rankings, altered timers, forged submissions, or exploiting bugs. Do not access another player’s account or interfere with the service. Report a suspected bug rather than using it to gain an advantage.

A failed or uncertain photo check can be a mistake, not cheating. Ask for help if something looks wrong.

Quest photos in the first release

Quest photos are used to check a result. Saved photo memories and public leaderboard photo sharing are unavailable in the first release. Your username and eligible result may appear in rankings.

If you shared a photo during testing, contact support to have that older copy reviewed or removed.

Report content or ask for a review

Use the report and block controls in the app, or email a community report. Include the username, Quest number or result, what happened, and where to find it. For an illegal-content notice, identify the specific content, explain why you believe it is unlawful, and give a reply contact where it is safe to do so.

For copyright or other rights concerns, identify the work or right, the relevant content, your relationship to the rights holder, and why you believe the use is unauthorised. We may need more information to assess the report. Do not send illegal images or unnecessary personal information.

We review reports and may reject or remove content, correct a result, limit a feature, or suspend or close an account depending on the issue. A report does not automatically prove a breach. We may preserve limited evidence or notify authorities where legally required.

To appeal, email a moderation appeal with the decision reference or account/result details and explain why you think the decision is wrong. An operator can review the concern; we cannot promise a particular outcome or immediate response. Applicable legal rights and complaint routes remain available.
