A little help.

Updated 19 September 2026

Contact SideQuestle

Email help@sidequestle.com. SideQuestle is operated by Sevvel Mahendranathan, based in Australia.

For a technical issue, include your device, app version, Quest number, and roughly when it happened, with your time zone. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Redact private details from any screenshot.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents, or Quest photos with your initial message. Support will not ask you to share a sign-in code.

Photo checks and results

If the app says your photo passed but it is still finishing your Quest, the result may not have finished saving. A retry should preserve the same photo’s captured time. Repeated retries or an incorrect result can be reported with the Quest number and approximate capture time.

If an AI check appears wrong, explain what the photo was meant to show. A request for review does not guarantee a pass or rank change. Avoid repeatedly uploading sensitive photos to troubleshoot a problem.

Accounts and privacy

For sign-in problems, tell us which sign-in method you chose. Signing into an existing account and moving guest progress are different actions; do not delete local data while trying to recover missing progress.

You can request deletion or request access or correction of your data. We may need to verify ownership before accessing an account or disclosing information.

Report content or appeal a decision

Use the in-app report or block control, or email a report or appeal. Include the username, Quest or result, reason, and any decision reference. Do not repost the harmful content.

Read the reporting guidance for safety, copyright, and moderation concerns. This inbox is not an emergency service.

Accessibility feedback

If text, motion, controls, or a Quest create a barrier, send accessibility feedback. Tell us the page or screen and, if relevant, your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.

We can discuss another way to get the information or help you need. This is a feedback route, not a claim that every screen has passed an accessibility certification.

Security concerns

Report a suspected security issue privately, with the affected page or feature and a safe description of what you observed. Stop if testing could expose another person’s data. Do not exploit, disrupt, or publicly disclose personal information.

This contact route does not authorise security testing or promise a bug-bounty payment.
